Diana is the mother of three sons with albinism. She has been a member of NOAH for eight years, joining shortly after her first son came home from China. In the initial years of her membership, she mainly participated in playgroups and regional events, including bowl-a-thons. Now that her children are older, she has taken a more active role; starting with analyzing the survey results from NOAH family camps and national conferences followed by board service, including serving as a member of the Executive Committee – first as Secretary and currently as Vice Chair.
Diana holds a Master’s degree in Community and Organizational Development and has over 15 years experience working as a high school educator, university administrator and in program management for nonprofit direct service organizations. Most recently, her work has focused on helping nonprofit organizations use data to inform their decisions.
