Tim Laughlin is a person with albinism and the parent of two children with albinism. He and his family were some of NOAH’s first members. Tim has a long history of service to NOAH as a board member, past treasurer, and as a member of past Conference and Internet Committees. He currently serves as the At-Large member of the Executive Committee.
Tim has a B.S. in Elementary Education/Special Education – Low Vision. He has worked in information technology since the mid-90’s. In 1999 he founded Pandora Systems Inc., a web development company. In 2014, he and a partner launched Art of Context, a company dedicated to helping airports improve passenger experience by sharing information across multiple channels, web, mobile and digital signage.
Tim lives in Loudon, New Hampshire with his wife Lee whom he met through NOAH and their two children, Trisha and Timmy. In what little spare time he has, Tim likes to off road either in his Jeep or on a 4-wheeler. Weekends in the late winter and early spring, you’ll find him in the sugar shack making maple syrup with his neighbors.
