When Should I Travel?
Optional pre-conference educational sessions generally begin Thursday morning. Optional pre-conference social activities will be offered beginning Wednesday afternoon/evening and will also take place on Thursday. Attendees who plan to participate in any pre-conference activities are encouraged to arrive by Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
Conference check-in begins: Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 3:00pm
Opening session: Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 7:00pm
Closing breakfast: Sunday, July 19, 2026 from 9:00 – 10:30am
