Looking for a simple & easy way to give back to NOAH? Set up a time to chat with Emily or Tim during NOAHCon and share your experiences!
Emily & Tim will be capturing footage all throughout the conference and would love to record a brief video with any attendees who are willing.
Tim is an adult with albinism who works as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired and a videographer. He’s also a former goalball athlete who has competed twice for Team USA in the world cup. Tim is a proud husband and father to three wonderful children.
Emily is NOAH’s Communications and Content Strategy Manager and has been working with the organization since 2018. She does not have albinism or any immediate family members with albinism, but has been connected with NOAH since childhood through her mom, Lori (yes, that Lori). Emily and her husband live in CT with their two cats, and are excited to welcome their first child later this summer!
What is it like recording a video?
You don’t need to have anything prepared – we’ll ask you a few questions and record your answers. Nothing is shared live, so you can always try again if your answer doesn’t come out quite right the first time (and we promise to make sure you sound good in the final product). The most important thing is sharing your genuine reactions and responses – don’t worry about saying exactly the right words or having a scripted answer!
When can I record a video?
If you see either Tim or Emily around the conference at a time that is convenient for you, feel free to say hi and ask if we can record right then and there. We’re also happy to set a time & place to meet up in the future.

Is there any incentive for recording a video?
Yes there is! Any attendees who record a video with Tim or Emily will receive a voucher for a prize. Bring your voucher to the registration table to choose a prize from the NOAH swag box!
