Cancellation Policy:
All credit card processing fees paid are nonrefundable
All tickets purchased for optional activities are nonrefundable
Written requests of registration rate payment refunds are subject to an additional 5% administrative fee and the following receipt deadlines:
- On or prior to 5/15/26 – all registration payments are eligible for a refund
- From 5/16/26 to 5/31/26 – 50% of registration payments made are eligible for a refund
- After 5/31/26 – no refunds available
Conference registration will include:
- Thursday night reception
- Friday & Saturday lunches
- Saturday night reception
- Sunday farewell breakfast
*Please make sure to select an add-on ticket for all of the above events you plan to attend!
Credit Card Installment Payments
To help make the conference accessible to as many participants as possible, NOAH is pleased to once again offer the option of three, pre-authorized credit card installment payments for conference fees. If you wish to pay by installment, please complete the conference registration selecting “I will pay later”.
Upon receipt of your registration confirmation, navigate to the Installment Payment page and set up your installment payments. Calculate your monthly payment by taking the total registration fee listed on your receipt, divided by 3, then rounded up to the nearest dollar. For example, a registration total of $490 would be $490 / 3 = $163.33 rounded up to a payment of $164. On the installment payment page, you would enter the installment payment amount $164 for a total of 3 payments.
The first payment will be taken immediately, and the remaining two payments on the same day in subsequent months, but the final payment will be taken no later than June 30th. Installment payments initiated April 6th will be taken on April 6th, May 6th, and June 6th, as an example. Installment payments initiated May 5th will be taken on May 5th, June 5th, and June 30th
